We, our and us, when used in this notice, mean Home Savings Bank.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words you’
and “your” we mean the following types of customers:

- Safe deposit box
- All IRA accounts for which we act as custodian
- Former customers
We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you.

will tell you what information we share about you with other entities.
If you share an account relationship with someone else, such as a joint
account holder or co-borrower, we suggest that you share this
information with such persons to ensure that each of you is aware of our

INTERNET INFORMATION
- Visitors to our website remain anonymous. We do not collect
personally identifying information about visitors to our site.
- Our server does collect standard non-identifying information
about visits to the site, such as date and time visited, IP address,
city, state, and country. This information is used to compile
standard statistics on site usage. Some areas of our Website may use
a “cookie” temporarily stored in the visitor’s computer memory (RAM)
to allow the web server to log the pages you use within the site and
to know if you have visited the site before.
- If personally identifying information is provided via e-mail or
web forms (such as name, address and telephone number), the

outside the bank unless we are required to do so by law.

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need
to know that information to provide products or services to you. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE ABOUT YOU
WE DO NOT disclose any information about you to anyone, except as
permitted by law. Examples of this might include disclosures necessary
to service your account or prevent unauthorized transactions.

We do not disclose information about former customers except as
permitted by law.
